Father Tomasz Grabowski OP lead the first priestly retreat in Księżówka between June 3 and June 6, 2013. He discussed the Holy Mass from the perspective of priestly spirituality, approaching the topic historically and dogmatically to present practical suggestions to enhance priestly life. Further information is linked.
Thirty-five priests attended the second retreat titled “Eucharist, the Heart of Faith” which was again lead by Father Tomasz Grabowski.
The third retreat led by Father Tomasz Grabowski on the Eucharist, welcomed 27 priests from 19 dioceses.
This edition of the retreat focused on the topic “The Lord Seen Through the Eyes of a Beloved Disciple: Commentary on Selected Passages of the Gospel According to John.”
Retreatants focused on priestly spirituality seen through the eyes of St. John. Father Tomasz Grabowski examined how the Gospel of St. John records John’s intimate journey through which he recognizes that Jesus is the Son of God. Other sessions offered commentary on specific passages and allowed retreatants to reflect on the establishment and implementation of vocation. Sessions also discussed the Eucharist, and how to live out the sacrament. Part of the retreat was also specifically devoted to liturgical pastoral care.
This retreat took place November 26-28.
This installment, again lead by Father Tomasz Grabowski, centered on St. Peter. Sessions offered commentary on selected Gospel passages and offered reflections on how to live out vocation. Like past retreats, the Eucharist was also a central theme.
Dawid Kusz OP, a Dominican composer, and instructor at the Intercollegiate Institute of Liturgical Music in Kraków, led this retreat.
Maciej Soszyński OP, the vice-director of the Dominican Liturgical Center, led this retreat.
This took place from 22-24 November 2018 (Thursday-Saturday) - led by Father Tomasz Grabowski OP, Dominican, long-time head of the Dominican Liturgical Center, and currently president of the Publishing House On the Way in Poznan.
